Definitions
“us”, “we”, “our”, “Skinulary” refers to the clinic run by Skinulary Ltd.
“you”, “client” refers to a customer of Skinulary.
General
By using our “Service” you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
These terms and conditions may be updated at our discretion without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions, a written copy of which is available on request.
Deposit & Refund policy
A 50% deposit of the service price is taken at the time of booking. Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling policy
Cancellations must be sent via email or via our booking system a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation must be made by emailing us at info@skinulary.com or via the booking system. If you need to cancel an appointment within our cancellation policy, your deposit will go towards a new appointment if you decide to reschedule for another date.
Please note we only allow for clients to reschedule once. If you reschedule more than once, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to confirm your new appointment.
Lateness policy
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment as all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. A full charge will still be applied. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late, will not be seen. Rescheduling your appointment for another date will not be possible.
Treatment Suitability
For your safety, it is essential that you provide all medical history asked of you. Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, medications and allergies prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. Please review our list of contraindications prior to booking an appointment. Skinulary Ltd will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of withheld information or failure to follow instructions from Skinulary Ltd.
Prior to any treatment, we will assess your suitability. If deemed unsuitable we will notify you of the reason to either decline or provide an alternative treatment. If you have already paid a service in full, we will refund the paid amount. In the event that an alternative treatment is recommended, the difference in price will be refunded. We also reserve the right to reschedule appointments should your skin not be in a healthy condition for the treatment to go ahead.
Conduct
We consider the Skinulary clinic a safe and kind space. Therefore, we will refuse to treat any customers who behave aggressive, ill-mannered, or hostile towards any members of our team.
We politely request that you refrain from bringing children with you to our clinic for health and safety reasons. Skinulary Ltd cannot accept responsibility for children.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
