FAQ

  • If it is your first time booking an appointment with Skinulary, you are required to book a consultation and treatment package for our resurfacing treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling. This can be found on our booking page under ‘New Client Treatments’.

    During the consultation we will outline any additional steps to be taken prior to your treatment and provide you a copy of pre- and post-care advice.

    Facials do not require a consultation appointment prior to treatment.

  • Appointment preparation greatly depends on the treatment booked. Upon booking your appointment, you will receive an email with further instructions on what will be needed to prepare. Please do review our list of contraindications to ensure you are able to go ahead with treatment.

  • Certain medications can cause the skin to be photosensitive or cause adverse reactions during or after treatment. If your medication is not listed among the contradictions, we advise you to seek medical clearance from your GP prior to your treatment. For further questions, please email us at info@skinulary.com

  • Unfortunately, we only offer our treatments to clients age 18 years old and above.

  • We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us protect our time and time of our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.

    Cancellations, no-shows and rescheduled appointments without 48 hours notice will incur a loss of your deposit (50% of service price). This fee is non-refundable.
